The Photon Factory Activity Report 2012 is the 30th volume of the PF Activity Report which will summarize all scientific activities at the PF during FY2012 (from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013).
This report will be published around the end of 2013 in two parts: Part A, "Highlights and Facility Report" and Part B, "Users' Reports"; the latter will be available only on the web. All the contents will also be released on the web after publication. The web version of the most recent Photon Factory Activity Report can be found at http://pfwww.kek.jp/pfacr/index.html
Every user of the Photon Factory is kindly requested to contribute to this volume by submitting a user's report. Your contribution is greatly appreciated to support the scientific activities of the Photon Factory. This volume will summarize the results of users' scientific research performed at the Photon Factory during FY2012. However, since the analysis and interpretation of experimental results often requires much time after the experiments, the above-mentioned period need not be strictly adhered to. Your report must be no longer than six pages.
