The Photon Factory International Review was carried out on March 13-15 2006 at Room 244, Building No.4, KEK. The activities of the Photon Factory for the period 2000-2005 were reviewed by the Review Committee (photos) consiting of ten members. The Review Committee gave the Photon Factory helpful and important suggestions about the future plans of the Photon Facory, as shown in the Report of the Review Committee.
