●課題の概要
鏡面X線反射率曲線の時分割測定をし、外的刺激による薄膜や表面・界面の構造変化をサブ秒~ミリ秒の時間分解能で実時間追跡することを実現すること、を目的としている。より具体的にはこれ
までの実績を踏まえて方法論を確立しユーザーフレンドリーな装置技術および実験環境を整えユーザーを受け入れることができる水準まで技術の熟成度をあげるとともに、実際にいくつかの興味あるサンプルを対象に時分割X線反射率曲線の実例を示すことを目指す。
