Instruction of Beamline Display Board
Beamline Display Board (BDB) is placed at each beamline on the outside wall of the experimental hall. BDB is to inform any caution to others in the experimental hall. Before you start your experiments, please make sure to fill in following information by yourself.
[1; Name of Shift Leader & Contact]From May, 2018, contact information of a member who is currently responsible in your experiments should be input to the "PF Experiment Information Management System" [accessible only in KEK].
[2; "Declaration of introduction of samples/chemicals into the Photon Factory"]
Submitted "Declaration of introduction of samples/chemicals into the Photon Factory" form is sent as an attached PDF file to the spokesperson after the examination of the safety manager. Please print it and post it on the BDB. Please take it away when your beam time is over.
[3; "Baking" Label]
Whenever you bake out experimental chambers, please put "Baking" sign on BDB. It is prepared on the other side of BDB. Please write also the plan to continue baking. Report starting bake-out to Unten-Toban by a call to 4209.
[4; "Laser" Label]
Whenever you use lasers in your experiments or for alignments, please put "Laser" sign on BDB. It is prepared on the other side of BDB.
[5; "Toxic Gas" and "Flammable Gas" Labels]
Whenever you use toxic and/or flammable gases, please put appropriate signs on BDB. They are prepared by Unten-Toban.
[6; Miscellaneous Notices]
Please feel free to write any notices to others.
