STARS (Simple Transmission and Retrieval System) is a message transferring software for small scale control systems with TCP/IP sockets, which works on various types of operating systems.

STARS can run with TINE by using TINE-STARS gateway and bridge.
STARS can works as "interface for non-windows system" of COACK with COACK-STARS bridge.

Download and Installation

There are 2 versions of stars distribution packages. (The difference is delimiter.)
