Term of validity For the proposals submitted from May to October, is valid from the date of selection until the end of March. And for the proposals approval between November to April will be from the date of approval until the end of September.

Comment by the person in charge of the Experimental Station.
Reviewed by 3 referees.

Point of reviewing

Scientific value.
Technical practicability (Concreteness of the plan).
Capability of the experimental group (Past records).
Relevancy to the whole experimental plan.
Remarks The experimental result should be reported at the PF Symposium.
When apply, an attached document is required to explain urgency and importance of the proposals, and the reason why the applicants could not apply on last occasion for application.

Travel expenses (only for domestic users).
