X-ray Optical Elements Estimation &
White X-ray Magnetic Diffraction Experiments

Beamline: BL-3C

1. Overview

The main purpose of this beamline is 1) estimation of x-ray optical elements and 2) white x-ray magnetic diffraction experiments. This beamline is equipped with the fixed-exit double-crystal monochromator. White or onochromatic x-rays are available.

• Currently four kinds of experiments are performed at this station: (i) precise x-ray optics, (ii) white x-ray magnetic diffraction, (iii) x-ray microscopy and (iv) x-ray topography.
