Guideline for PF users against COVID-19

• Basic Rule
  
  • You should follow regulations of KEK and your own institution.
  • Please refer to the Latest information for COVID-19 on the KEK Tsukuba Campus, and also to the Safety Guide for Photon Factory Users.


• Safety Training
  
  • "Radiation Work Forms No. 10" of the "Statement of Acceptance (Radiation Safety)" must be arrived at KEK Radiation Control Office at least 2 working days in prior to your arrival of KEK.
  • "Photon Factory User Safety Training Online"should be finished before you come to KEK.
  • Take a numbering ticket from the "Airwait" terminal at the entrance of the PF experimental hall.
  • When your turn comes, you will receive a personal dosimeter and a card to enter the experimental hall from the attendant.


• In case of bad condition
  
  • When you feel not well during your stay in PF, please call to UNTEN-TOBAN (PHS 4209).
  • A thermometer is available at the entrance of the PF Experimental Hall.
