The new User Support System has been effective for the beamtime after the 1st of April. Reservation and the submission of forms also should be done using this system.
Firstly, please fill out and submit "User Registration" in the menu of "User Entry Procedures". When it is accepted, a temporary password will be sent to you by Email and with this you can login to the system, where you can make a reservation and submit the necessary forms. The temporary password is valid for 48 hours, please change the password by yourself.
