How to make KEK Dormitory Reservationphoto of Dormitory

Sorry, but the Dormitory rooms assigned to Q2XAFS has been full.
Please contact to Q2XAFS2011 Office if you would like to stay at the KEK Dormitory.

Payment Dormitory fee can be paid at Users Office by cash in Japanese Yen or credit card (VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express) .
Considering it is very difficult to go to Users Office within their business hour (9am to 5pm), the workshop reception can receive your payment for Users Office (only cash).
Access Dormitory entrance door is unlocked from 8am to 10pm and the Dormitory master stays at the office in the lobby during the opening hour. If you reach KEK before 10pm, you can go to the Dormiotry directly and ask him the room number. If you reach after 10pm, firstly please drop the Information (near the gate) and get the keys of Dormitory entrance door and your room.
Wireless LAN You can use the internet also in the Dormitory room. Please fill out the application form (WORD, PDF) and send it to q2xafs@pfiqst.ek.jp.
*You can use the internet at the workshop without application.

You can find Urban hotel Tsukuba in a 20-min walk distance, which is nearest hotel from KEK.
Also, several hotels are available around Tsukuba station.  You can make reservations through "Registration" page.  Please see "Access" page to check transportation between Tsukuba sta. and KEK.
